How it Works: Trip Planning Process
Initial Trip Consultation + Five Hours of Custom Planning: $250
The process begins with a personalized planning call to discuss your travel vision, preferences, interests, pace, and priorities. This conversation allows us to truly understand what matters most to you—whether that’s cultural immersion, culinary experiences, relaxation, adventure, or a seamless blend of it all. The minimum fee includes 5 hours of professional trip design that covers the research, strategy, and personalization required to create a truly exceptional travel experience.
Custom Itinerary Design: By the Hour
From that point forward, additional planning will be covered by an hourly fee. Your itinerary can be as detailed or streamlined as you prefer. We can provide:
- A fully curated day-by-day itinerary with tours, activities, transfers, and restaurant reservations
-or- - A more flexible plan suggesting best flights and accommodations, with expert recommendations for activities and must-see attractions
Throughout the process, we collaborate closely with you to refine details and adjust as needed.
Pre-Departure Prep and Day-of-Travel Support
Before your departure, you’ll receive a final travel folder, which includes:
- An organized day-by-day itinerary
- Helpful travel and packing tips
- Electrical outlet converters (when needed) or a complimentary luggage tag
On departure day, we track your flights in real time to proactively alert you of any delays or changes—and send you off with a heartfelt Bon Voyage!
